01 Who I am

An independent practice, based in Barcelona.

I am a data consultant who works by engagement. The practice is individual: no team, no opaque subcontracting, no umbrella brand.

What I offer is full attention, methodological judgment, and the ability to move between the technical detail and the conversation with whoever decides.

Territorial and geospatial data, at national scale.

Five families of work, often combined within a single engagement.

Indicator frameworks: Methodology, definitions, sources, cadence, and data governance.
Open-data integration: Reconciling heterogeneous public sources into a single, documented dataset.
Cartography & geospatial: Analysis and representation at municipal, regional, or national scale.
Technical liaison: Mediating between technical teams and decision-makers, in plain language.
Remote sensing: LiDAR and computer vision: Processing LiDAR point clouds and orthophotography: elevation models, heights and volumes, and automatic detection of features across the territory.

Terrindus: every plot of industrial land in Catalonia

A census of land zoned for economic activity: for each of its 70,000+ plots, whether it can be built on (planning and cadastre) and what stands on it today (ICGC LiDAR and orthophotos, analysed with computer vision). Adjacent plots are grouped into contiguous blocks, and new planning is added every week. In Catalan.

Matriscar: car registrations in Spain

Daily tracking of the Spanish car market from DGT (traffic authority) data: registrations by brand, model, fuel type and use, used-car sales, and an early estimate of self-registrations. Updated nightly, with a written monthly reading and editions for Spain and Catalonia.

Theoretical evaporation for every swimming pool in Spain, based on wind shelter, vegetation, solar radiation and shading from surrounding buildings, derived from LiDAR and computer vision.
